The complete Substantive Report for the Secretary General is available in pdf format suitable for printing, complete with cover at this link.  Except for a handful of copies printed for senior global leaders, no printed copies are available.  This was done to reduce costs; but mainly to reduce our carbon footprint.2008 Climate Caucus Report (complete text)

The Initial Report was transmitted to the NGO/DPI Executive Committee on November 24, 2008, where it was cleared for final transmittal to Secretary General of the United Nations.   Formal Report as of November 24.

Summary of Recommendations from Each Chapter

Many of the chapters have a lengthy list of recommendations.  In the interest of space, we are providing executive summaries here; but we strongly recommend that the complete text of recommendations for each chapter be read.  They can be found at the hypertext links provided beneath each chapter heading.  Each chapter has in actuality its own homepage where a great deal of information is listed: working group participants, supportive data, photographs, bibliographies and other material, all of which will be expanded upon in 2009.  Link to Recommendations
