Model Template for Working Group Home Pages used for the 2008 Report. The climate caucus group amended this during the course of developing the report and looks forward to recommendations for 2009. We anticipate have advocacy efforts in 2009, meetings and events. Please send your recommendations to any of the editors.

Description of Issue:

Statement of the problem being examined.  Why it is important in the context of climate change.

Draft Chapter Text :

  • The latest version of the actual chapter will be posted here, refreshed at least once a month.  Chapter committee members are allowed to share drafts amongst themselves any way they choose, e.g using wiki technology, emails, etc..  This space is kept in a standard format for the benefit of the entire NGO community.

Working Group Participants:

  • Each member of the Chapter committee with contact information, title and organization, is listed, with photos if they wish.

Chapter Working Group News:

  • When and where or how does the group meet.  How to participate, etc.  Important in order to encourage broad participation.  Working Groups are supposed to be permanent forums intended to foster an ongoing dialogue on how to deal with the climate change problem.

Bibliography and Links:

  • As the report is developed, a bibliography (with links to internet sites) needs to be developed.    Links could include conferences going on while the chapter is being developed.   The overall report will also include a bibliography.

Relevant Pictures and charts are posted here.  They can be more than are included in the actual final text.
